Not What You Were Expecting?

It’s amazing how the smallest change can sometimes have such a major impact on expectations. Think back to the last time you lost your car keys. You might have expected to walk out the door normally and jump in the car, but that didn’t happen did it? Did you stop everything you were doing? Small unexpected changes get big results.

This commercial brilliantly illustrates how successful a message can be when a small detail is twisted around in an unexpected way. There’s nothing particularly interesting about two guys and a dog driving around in a SUV, but when you hang that dog’s caboose out the front window…now you’re getting somewhere.
